Our support staff are the face & backbone of W.I.S.E. and our school could not function without each and every one of them. The success of our school depends on the talent, commitment and collective effort of everyone and W.I.S.E. is exceptionally fortunate to have such formidable skills, dedication and enthusiasm in each of our amazing Support Team members. W.I.S.E. is indebted with gratitude for the skills, commitment and dedication of our support staff in delivering services that contribute to our students’ success and achievements every single day. Ally graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor’s of Commerce Degree, and a specialization in Accounting. Ally has also earned her ICEF Education Agents Certificate with advanced distinction. Since then, Ally continues to be a star at helping hundreds of students with their course planning, undergraduate/graduate university applications and interview training. At W.I.S.E, Ally serves as one of our Guidance Counselors who ensures that every student is on the right track toward his/her academic goals.
Amanda, Administrative Assistant extraordinaire, completed a Bachelor of Arts Degree at the University of Toronto and had a lengthy career with the University of Toronto before joining W.I.S.E. Amanda is a recipient of the university’s Excellence Through Innovation Award and certainly proves her level of excellence every day at W.I.S.E. Amanda excels as a flawless and effective communicator. As she is the first point of contact for W.I.S.E., Amanda ensures that all clerical and customer service needs are performed to the highest standard of professionalism.
As the Education Coordinator at W.I.S.E., Ivy provides an essential connection between students and teachers, school and home. Ivy communicates with parents and students and helps to facilitate engagement with ease for the entire W.I.S.E. community; students, parents, teachers, faculty, and the academy. Aiming to help students achieve academic success, she works closely with teachers to ensure that students’ thinking, research, social, communication, and self-management capabilities are performing at an optimal level of skill. Ivy looks forward to building strong, collaborative relationships with all students and their families, and appreciates that everyone has placed in her their utmost trust.
